Undone Academy Retreat – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Undone Academy’s Retreat Terms & Conditions. Before you embark on one of our transformative journeys, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:
1. Insurance Policy:
- Each guest is recommended to ensure appropriate personal accident, holiday, cancellation, and insurance coverage before attending the retreat.
- Undone Academy shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or medical expenses incurred during the retreat.
2. Booking Confirmation:
- Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by Undone Academy. Additional information about cancellations can be seen below.
3. Health and Safety:
- Guests must inform the retreat organizers of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before the retreat commences.
- It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure they are physically and mentally capable of participating in the retreat activities.
4. Code of Conduct:
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow participants, staff, and the retreat property.
- Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others will result in immediate expulsion from the retreat without refund.
5. Liability Waiver:
- Undone Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft to personal belongings during the retreat.
- Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and release Undone Academy from any liability arising from such activities.
6. Program Changes:
- Undone Academy reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule, activities, or instructors without prior notice.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Undone Academy may cancel or reschedule the retreat. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
7. Photography and Media Consent:
- By attending the retreat, guests consent to the use of their likeness, voice, and image captured during the retreat for promotional purposes by Undone Academy.
8. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made by guests are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $150 processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for early departure or unused services.
