Life used to feel like an adventure. Now it feels like a sprint.
The day ends and the you collapse into sleep, exhausted. The mornings start with everyone else’s needs. By 9 AM you’re already behind. By bedtime you can’t remember a single moment you were actually present for.
And underneath it all — the feeling that you’ve slowly disappeared into the demands of the people you love. That you wake up stressed and ungrounded and pretending to be okay. That the person you used to be is somewhere under the noise, but you can’t quite find your way back to them.
It’s not because you’re failing. It’s because nothing in your day is grounding you.
You’re pouring out, and nothing is pouring in. Of course you feel disconnected.
This is what the 60-Day Challenge is here to interrupt.
– Amanda Alexander, Family-stabilizer, Faith-transitioner, Mother of five
Imagine waking up tomorrow without that pit in your stomach.
Imagine the day starting with three small practices that anchor you — before the kids, before the chaos, before the demands. Imagine actually tasting your breakfast. Looking your partner in the eye. Laughing at something small. Feeling, for the first time in a long time, like you are inside your own life.
That is what 60 days of intentional body-soul practice gives a person. Not a new schedule on top of the one you already can’t keep — but a different relationship with how you start, move through, and close each day.
By the end of the summer, you won’t just have made it through. You’ll have remembered that you’re more than just a role, a responsibility.
You’re a beautiful soul, on your own journey. And that journey matters.
– Shala Folkman, Piano-teacher, Lover of rocks, Mother of 5
The arc moves from the body outward, then back inward — and finally, into your own words.
Threaded through every single day, from Day 1 to Day 60. These are the rhythm of the challenge — what you'll come back to in the morning, in the kitchen, in the car line, in the evening.
How you feed yourself, body and soul. A daily commitment to take in something that actually nourishes you, instead of running on whatever is convenient or the kids didn't finish.
How you inhabit your body. A daily commitment to move, even briefly — somatic work, a walking meditation, a yoga flow, or simply rolling out your shoulders before you start the day.
How you return to yourself. A daily commitment to a 5-minute pause — meditation, breath, journaling — that resets your nervous system and anchors you back in.
The 60 days are structured as a journey — and journeys need pauses. Three times across the program, we stop the teaching and turn toward integration.
Before we begin: I introduce the framework, you write your Vision Story, and we set the intention that will carry you through the next 60 days.
The midpoint. We pause, look back, and look forward. What have you shed? What are you claiming? Does your Vision Story still feel true?
The closing. Three days of integration as you complete your Freedom Framework, name what's changed, and prepare to walk forward as the person you've become.
Each module is a week of teaching. Each day is grounded by a 15-50 minute guided practice. The arc moves from your body, through how you feed it, move it, dress it, and quiet it — into your inner voice, your highest frequency, and finally into your own framework for how to live.
You’ll learn to inhabit your body again — to feel your feet on the floor, your breath in your chest, your spine extending you upward. We start here because every other change in this program runs through the present moment. By the end of the week you’ll have a felt sense of what “the NOW” actually means in your nervous system, and a daily practice for returning to it whenever the day pulls you out.
Food becomes a daily check-in instead of a frantic afterthought. You’ll explore the underpinnings of your relationship with food and practice what it means to eat slowly, taste your food, and ask your body what it actually wants — instead of grabbing whatever the kids didn’t finish. This isn’t about a diet or a rule. It’s about reclaiming your right to be nourished.
Movement designed to release what’s stored in the body — grief in the heart, anger in the throat, tension in the hips. Five guided 25-minute somatic workouts, plus access to the full movement library all 60 days. By the end of Week 3, you’ll be tracking what your body is asking of you each day — and you’ll have learned how to listen.
What we wear is a daily expression of who we are. This week is about dressing as the person you’re becoming — not the person you were six years ago, not the person you’ve been told to be. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, you’ll come back to a wardrobe that feels like a yes — and to the felt sense of intentionally choosing how you want to show up and be seen each day.
Now we turn inward. You’ll learn the seated and walking meditations I’ve been teaching for years, plus how to use a 5-minute Anchor practice to recover yourself anywhere, anytime. By the end of the week, you’ll have a daily contemplative practice that doesn’t require a cushion or a quiet cabin — just your willingness to pause.
The voice you use with yourself shapes everything. This week we work with the inner narrator: what it says, where it came from, and how to speak to yourself with the same care you give your loved ones. You’ll learn to catch the old script the moment it runs — and to replace it with words that actually serve who you’re becoming.
This is the integration. You’re not becoming a different person; you’re learning to vibrate differently. This week names the qualities of your highest frequency — embodied energy, spaciousness of mind, openness of heart, availability for love, and possibility — and gives you the toolkit to maintain it: nature, music, people, creative work, hobbies, self-care. By the end, you’ll have a real sense of how to come back to your capital-S Self, fast.
The synthesis. Across the final six days, you’ll write your own Freedom Framework — a personal manifesto of the six pillars of who you now are, ending with your own “I AM…” statement. This is the document you walk away with: the artifact of the person you became these 60 days, named in your own words. It will sit on your desk, your nightstand, your phone — your reminder of what’s actually true now, and shape the future vision you create.
This isn’t for you if…
Hi, I’m Becky.
Mom of five. Group exercise and yoga instructor. Mindfulness and meditation teacher. Relationship alchemist. Author of Undone, Unafraid. Creator of the Undone Awakening Framework.
But before any of that, I was a person staring at the ceiling at 4AM, wondering where she had lost herself.
My path started in 2014, in the world of 12-step recovery from addiction and trauma. I eventually became the Executive Director of a 12-step nonprofit, serving thousands of people from around the world and learning the raw and gritty mechanics of what actually rebuilds a life.
At the same time, I was teaching as a University-level group exercise and Yoga Alliance certified instructor — and I began to recognize that 12-step work, embodiment, and mindfulness, woven together, had become the real medicine that defined my own healing journey.
So I went back to school. I completed a 2-year Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher certification and built the original framework that became Undone Academy. Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of men and women from trauma and loss into expansion and growth — both in person and online.
My memoir, Undone, Unafraid: Evolving through Trauma, Betrayal, Femininity and Faith, became a best-seller in the United States, Canada, India, and Australia — placing in 49 categories, twelve of them ranked #1. The response told me what I’d already begun to suspect: people everywhere are hungry for a gentler, more embodied path back to themselves.
The 60-Day Challenge is a natural iteration of that work. Each day is grounded by somatic workouts and meditations that I’ve taught to thousands of individuals over a decade of work. Each module offers a deeper level of the Body-Soul framework I’ve lived my way into, refined with hundreds of women, and now teach to every client I work with. And it’s the one I’ll walk every day of these 60 days alongside you…and continue until I’m safely dead.
The core tenets of this Challenge are simply the way I do life. No gimmicks, no hype. Just the simple baselines that keep me connected to my center: one breath, one moment, one day at a time.
The Hero’s Journey will give you a taste of the subconscious underpinnings of all true soul work. And like all true heroes, you’ll emerge with an elixir you couldn’t have found any other way.
"I have been very happy with the healthy weight loss I have achieved since working the program. Through the weekly group meetings and discussing healthy ways to view food and my body, l've also been able to choose a healthier way of eating. I feel more confident in my body and can truly say I love myself. I physically have a lot more energy which allows me to adventure more in the outdoors. I am grateful everyday for God in allowing me to move my body in the many capacities it.
