Our mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces where people can heal emotional wounds, rebuild self-trust, and grow in presence together. Through embodied mindfulness and community, we support real transformation that ripples into relationships, families, and the wider world.
I’m Becky Moller— a human, woman, wife, mother of five, friend, teacher, author, and entrepreneur— and I’ve been on my own Undone path since 2014. Every aspect of my life has been shaped by the healing work I’ve been engaged with since.
The mindful path I share through my work isn’t something I teach from the sidelines. It has become second nature because I live it every day — imperfectly, honestly, and with my whole heart. This way of living isn’t about perfection; it’s about cultivating a curious, open, and embodied relationship with life as it actually is. And it’s a path that can become yours, too.
I’ve learned that healing isn’t a solo achievement. It’s best approached as a shared journey — where we meet one another as fellows along the way. That shared humanity is what creates real safety. And safety is what allows honesty. When we can honestly show ourselves, self-compassion becomes possible. And when we can love ourselves, we become capable of loving others in a way that’s deep and real.
Love is both the beginning and the end of this work.
And it’s still my work. I’m still evolving, still learning, and still practicing. The tools, practices, and spaces I offer my clients and community are the same ones I return to again and again — because I know I’ll always need them. We are all fellows among fellows in this beautiful, messy human experience, and we each have the opportunity to let it deepen us, soften us, and wake us up.
