I’m a passionate truth-seeker, author, teacher, fellow, friend, sister, wife, and mother of five who lives in Spanish Fork, UT.
My journey started in 2014, when I became personally immersed in the 12-step world of addiction and trauma recovery. Over time, I became the Executive Director of a 12-step non-profit foundation, where I helped serve thousands of people from all over the world and learned volumes about the essential pillars of recovery and the mechanics of successful healing communities.
At the same time, I was a University-level group exercise and Yoga-alliance certified instructor. Through my own experience, I recognized the unique and powerful combination of 12-step, embodiment, and mindfulness.
Eventually, I left the 12-step world to pursue a 2-year certification program as a Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher and developed my original program which combined all these avenues to optimize long-term healing. Since that time, I’ve guided hundreds of souls from trauma and loss to expansion and growth through various iterations of Undone Academy, both in-person and online.
My memoir, Undone, Unafraid: Evolving through Trauma, Betrayal, Femininity and Faith will be released in November 2025, and shares the intimate details of my messy path from rock bottom to inner freedom.
