Find Refuge in the Power of Presence Throughout the Retreat, you’ll be invited to discover the transformative power of the present moment. We’ll guide you through techniques to quiet the mind, ground yourself, and connect deeply to the here and now, allowing you to experience life with more clarity and peace. By the time you leave, we want you to be well-acquainted with this most important Home inside yourself.
Process thru Meditation, Yoga, & Embodied Experiences Embodiment is the signature stamp on any of our Undone resources. Throughout this weekend, you'll use your whole mind-body-spirit to process and release in ways you likely never understood before: through guided meditations, yoga, and even just rooting your bare feet into the grass. Whether your unresolved traumas are Big-T or little-t's, your body is the key to processing what's kept you stuck in the past, and finally finding the sweet release of true surrender.
Educate Yourself with Enlightening & Empowering Workshops The purpose of our instruction is always to gently clear space for your own Highest Self to come forward. Throughout the weekend, you'll engage in self-reflective workshops to uncover the limiting beliefs and patterns you’ve been carrying that may be keeping you from the inner freedom you're capable of. By understanding where you're still stuck, you’ll gain powerful insights to break free from old conditioning and create space for new, empowering choices.
Find Soul-deep Connection through Nurturing Community Social scientist Elisha Goldstein has named community as the "X-factor" of lasting change. Although many people feel hesitant to reach out and connect when they're struggling, finding supportive community can be the single most empowering choice you could make for yourself. When you connect yourself to others who are living the changes you desire for yourself, you increase your chances of success exponentially. For this reason alone, saying yes to this Retreat can be a powerful next step on a brighter, healthier future.
Create Space to Come Home to Yourself This Retreat has space to support you in whatever way serves: whether you long for greater connection or you crave space to just be alone. You'll find comfortable accommodations, healthy and delicious meals, and ample opportunities for learning, movement, and connection without pressure to participate. We want you to leave this experience feeling recharged, re-centered, and recommitted to making space for your Highest Self in your daily life.

A Women’s Retreat is an intentional space created for you to step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. You can expect:
Refuge and Renewal – Time to rest, unplug, and let go of responsibilities so you can return to yourself with more clarity and ease.
Connection and Community – Meaningful conversations and authentic sharing with other women who, like you, are seeking growth, healing, and support.
Guided Practices – Mindfulness, meditation, yoga, sound healing, and other embodied practices designed to help you release stress and invite presence.
Insight and Inspiration – Workshops and discussions that give you tools to see your patterns more clearly, break free from limiting beliefs, and embrace your feminine strength.
A Safe, Supportive Environment – A nurturing space where you are encouraged to show up exactly as you are—no roles to play, no expectations to meet.
Every retreat is a little different, but the heart is the same: you’ll leave with a lighter spirit, practical tools for your everyday life, and lasting connections with women who understand the journey.
Life has a way of undoing us—through transitions, heartbreak, betrayal, or simply the exhaustion of carrying too much for too long. At an Undone, Unafraid Women’s Retreat, we create a refuge where you don’t have to hold it all together.
Women attend because they are ready to:
Heal from old wounds and step into new chapters with more courage.
Reclaim their authentic selves beneath the roles, expectations, and “shoulds.”
Learn trauma-informed tools to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.
Awaken a deeper connection to their body, spirit, and feminine wisdom.
Find community with others who are also seeking growth, authenticity, and freedom.
This retreat is for you if you’re longing for a sacred pause, a safe place to unravel, and an invitation to rise again—undone, yet unafraid.
Not at all. Every practice is designed to meet you right where you are. Whether you’re brand-new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be gently guided through each session with options to adapt for your comfort. The focus is less on “performance” and more on presence—learning to listen to your body, calm your mind, and open to what’s here for you.
We’ll provide most of what you need, but here are some helpful things to pack:
Comfortable clothing for movement, rest, and outdoor activities
A yoga mat (if you have one—extras will be available)
A journal and pen for reflection
A water bottle
Personal items that help you feel grounded and at home (a blanket, cozy socks, or a favorite scarf)
Most importantly, bring an open heart and a willingness to set aside distractions. This is your time to simply be.
Yes, your tuition covers meals, accommodations, and all Retreat activities. Once enrolled, your job is simply to take deep breaths, relax, and enjoy!
