Becky Moller was happily married with four children and a life she adored until a single moment changed everything, and left her standing raw and ragged amidst the ruins of a shattered self.  From fear to freedom, Becky uncovers the wild wisdom of true spirituality, unfolds into her purpose, and unassumingly steps into the great unknown: A true love story.

Behind the Book: A Conversation with My Publisher

In this short video, I share the story behind Undone, Unafraid—the losses, awakenings, and embodied practices that shaped it, and how it can serve as a companion for anyone navigating betrayal, trauma, or spiritual disillusionment. This book is more than my story; it’s an invitation into the journey of being undone and learning to rise again.

What Readers Are Saying

A beautiful blend of emotion, authenticity, and encouragement.

September 3, 2025

It is a rare privilege to be invited so deeply into another’s soul, which Becky does with a beautiful vulnerability. This heartfelt book is clearly a labor of love, vulnerable and exposing in a way that both excavated parts of my own soul and set it at ease, mirroring and reflecting so much of my own inner angst and struggle, trial and triumph. This memoir is a beautiful blend of emotion, authenticity, and encouragement which will be a mirror both welcome and uncomfortable; a portal to growth, serving as an un-earthing of previously unexamined shadow while also filled with beautiful emotionally moving encouragements to continue on and find the magic in it all. Chills filled me every inch for countless portions of my reading.

Follow the un-doing and re-building of a life.

August 29, 2025

This book unfolds with honesty and self-awareness. It’s beautiful and self-reflective to follow the un-doing and re-building of a life, to see it change from fragmented awareness, to full, embodied presence. A journey worth reading.

Offers solace, validation, and empathy.

Moller’s story is vulnerable and raw, but she tells it with great courage and authenticity. Her honesty reveals the complexities of dealing with betrayal trauma, but through her deeply personal journey, a reader can see both her resilience and witness her path towards healing. Moller’s compelling narrative offers solace, validation, and empathy for the human experience, holding space for both herself and for her audience.
